Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for damaged or defective products within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of damage.
Required proof:
- Mandatory unboxing video (from sealed package)
- Clear images of the damaged product
Requests made after 3 days, for used products, or without valid proof (including unboxing video) will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please share the following details via email or WhatsApp:
- Order ID
- Product name
- Issue description
- Images and unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

Approval & Process
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
Returns will be processed only after the product is received and verified by our team.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded within 7–10 business days after verification.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout
Cancellation Policy
Prepaid Orders
Prepaid orders can be cancelled only before they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing your order.
If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be cancelled any time before shipment. In addition, customers may choose to refuse the order at the time of delivery, in which case the order will be treated as cancelled.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases at our discretion.
