Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer multiple shipping options depending on your location:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or remote locations.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges:
- Orders above ₹500 → ₹30
- Orders below ₹500 → ₹40
Free shipping may be available on orders above ₹XXXX.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- COD is available on select orders
- COD may not be available on:
- High-value orders
- Customized products
- Orders may require confirmation before dispatch
Repeated order rejections may lead to COD restrictions.
5. Refunds for COD Orders
- Refunds for COD orders are not processed in cash
- Refunds will be made via:
- Bank transfer
- UPI
Customers must share:
- Bank account details (Account Number & IFSC) or
- UPI ID
Note: COD handling charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Prepaid Orders
Prepaid orders can be cancelled only before they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing your order.
If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be cancelled any time before shipment. In addition, customers may choose to refuse the order at the time of delivery, in which case the order will be treated as cancelled.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases at our discretion.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment via the courier partner’s website.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship within India.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Required proof for damage claims:
- Mandatory unboxing video (from sealed package)
- Clear images of the damaged product
Without proper proof, claims may not be accepted.
